Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules for using the Prepare That Day service (“Service”) operated by AGENTYAY LABS LTD. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

While we use zero-knowledge encryption and cannot see your vault contents, we expect all users to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

Permitted Use

Prepare That Day is designed for legitimate legacy planning and document organisation. You may use the Service to:

  • Store personal documents and important information securely
  • Organise financial records, medical information, and legal documents
  • Record final wishes and instructions for loved ones
  • Share access with trusted contacts for emergency or end-of-life situations
  • Store passwords and account information for inheritance purposes
  • Keep any other personal information you wish to preserve for your beneficiaries

Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to store, share, or facilitate any content or activity that:

Illegal Content or Activity

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Relates to illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
  • Constitutes or facilitates fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
  • Involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we have zero tolerance
  • Contains or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism

Harmful to Others

  • Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any person
  • Contains private information about others without their consent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Promotes discrimination or hatred against individuals or groups

Harmful to the Service

  • Attempts to access other users' data or accounts
  • Probes, scans, or tests the vulnerability of our systems
  • Interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers
  • Uses automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Circumvents security or authentication measures
  • Impersonates another person or entity

Commercial Misuse

  • Resells or redistributes access to the Service
  • Uses the Service for purposes other than personal legacy planning
  • Creates multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

A Note on Zero-Knowledge Encryption

Our zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot see or monitor the contents of your encrypted vault. This privacy protection is a core feature of our service.

However, this does not mean prohibited content is permitted. You remain fully responsible for ensuring your use complies with this Policy and all applicable laws.

If we receive credible reports of prohibited use, or if prohibited activity is discovered through legitimate means (such as law enforcement with proper legal authority), we may take action including account termination.

Trusted Contact Responsibilities

When you add trusted contacts, you represent that:

  • You have the right to share their contact information with us
  • They have consented (or will consent) to being contacted by us
  • The contact information you provide is accurate
  • You will not abuse the trusted contact system to harass others

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. If we determine you have violated this Policy, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement
  • Take legal action where appropriate

In cases of serious violations (such as CSAM or terrorism), we will report to the appropriate authorities and terminate accounts immediately without prior notice.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
